# ResetPasswordMfaWebAuthnPlatformChallenge

> Describes all the properties and methods available to customize the Universal Login `reset-password-mfa-webauthn-platform-challenge` screen.

The ResetPasswordMfaWebAuthnPlatformChallenge class implements the `reset-password-mfa-webauthn-platform-challenge` screen functionality. This screen prompts the user to verify their identity using a platform authenticator (such as Touch ID or Windows Hello) as part of the MFA step during a password reset flow.

## Constructors

Create an instance of ResetPasswordMfaWebAuthnPlatformChallenge screen manager:

## Properties

**branding**

Provides branding-related configurations, such as branding theme and settings.

**client**

Provides client-related configurations, such as `id`, `name`, and `logoUrl`, for the `reset-password-mfa-webauthn-platform-challenge` screen.

**countryCodes**

Provides country code data for phone number entry, such as `available` and `recommended`, for the `reset-password-mfa-webauthn-platform-challenge` screen.

**experiment**

The active [Experiment Center](/docs/customize/experiment-center) experiment for this screen, or `null` when no experiment is active (or the screen has not opted in via `context_configuration`).

**organization**

Provides information about the user's Organization, such as `id` and `name`.

**prompt**

Contains data about the current prompt in the authentication flow.

**screen**

Contains details specific to the `reset-password-mfa-webauthn-platform-challenge` screen, including its configuration and context.

**tenant**

This method changes the display language of the Universal Login page.

**Method Parameters**

**Parameters**

**options**

[LanguageChangeOptions](/docs/libraries/acul/js-sdk/Screens/interfaces/LanguageChangeOptions).

**language** `string` *required*

The locale code for the desired language (for example, `'en'`, `'fr'`, `'es'`).

**persist?** `"session"`

When set to `'session'`, the selected language persists for the duration of the session.

**continueWithPasskey** `Promise\<void\>`

This method initiates the WebAuthn platform authenticator challenge and submits the resulting credential to complete the MFA step during the password reset flow. If the browser throws a `DOMException` (such as user cancellation), catch the error and call `reportBrowserError` to notify Auth0.

**options**

**rememberDevice?** `boolean`

When `true`, marks the device as trusted so the user is not prompted for MFA again on this device.

**getErrors**

This method retrieves the array of transaction errors from the context, or an empty array if none exist.

**reportBrowserError** `Promise\<void\>`

This method reports a browser-side WebAuthn error to Auth0, such as user cancellation (`NotAllowedError`) or a timeout from `navigator.credentials.get()`.

**error** *required*

The error object from the WebAuthn API (`navigator.credentials.get()`) to be reported.

**name** `string` *required*

The name of the error (e.g., `'NotAllowedError'`).

**message** `string` *required*

The error message describing what went wrong.

**tryAnotherMethod** `Promise\<void\>`

This method allows the user to select a different MFA method to complete the challenge.
